This page explains what personal data I collect on this website, why, how long I keep it and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to hide behind jargon.

| Situation | Data collected | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Booking a tour | First name, last name, email, phone, number of people, any message, chosen date and tour | Organise the tour, confirm your booking, reach you if something changes | Performance of the contract |
| Contact form | First name, last name, email, phone, message | Reply to you | Your request |
| Buying a gift voucher | Buyer's details, recipient's name, any message | Issue the voucher, send it to the buyer, honour it when used | Contract and legitimate interest |
| Audience measurement | Pages viewed, referral source, technical data (Google Analytics) | Understand how the site is used and improve it | Your consent |
One special case: gift voucher recipients. When someone buys a voucher, they give me the name of the person they are giving it to. That person has of course sent me nothing themselves. I record only their name — never their email or phone number — solely to print it on the voucher and recognise them on the day. If you are a voucher recipient and would like your name removed, just write to me and I will do it straight away.
I neither sell nor rent any data. It is shared only with the providers strictly needed to run the site:
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards set out by the GDPR.
You may at any time ask to see the data I hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, obtain a copy, or object to its use.
One address for all of this: cam.massion@gmail.com. I reply within a month at the latest, usually much sooner.
If my answer does not satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
This site only sets audience measurement cookies after you agree, through the banner shown when you arrive. Declining takes nothing away from how the site works.
You can change your mind whenever you like: the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page reopens that choice.
